This Posh Operational Mid Back Chair has a 550 LB weight capacity and has the largest seat available at 24 inches wide by 22 inches deep. A seat slider allows the user to adjust the seat depth from 21 to 24.5 inches. The seat height ranges from 17.5 to 22.5 inches.

The Sync™ control allows the entire chair to rock in a synchronized free-float mode. The tension is adjustable and the chair can be locked in 6 different tilt-lock positions.

The backrest reclines 20° (90° to 110°) while the seat reclines 9° (0° to -9°). The backrest height adjusts 6 inches into 27 different positions using an intuitive, visible lever.

Adjustable height and width armrests. The arm height adjusts 4 inches into 10 different positions. The width adjusts 2 inches per side into 6 different positions.
